SHIPPING TIMEFRAME-

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-5 days business days. During sales or new drops our turnaround time is 5-7 business days. These timeframe do not include transit time. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please send us an email- shopsurfsidekids@gmail.com and we will be happy to help!  

 

RETURN POLICY- 

If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return for store credit.  Items must be unworn in it’s original packaging within 30 days. Sale items are final sale.

All returns have a $10 processing and handling fee.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY-

If the products do not fit, we are happy to exchange for the correct size. Please reach out to us via email- shopsurfsidekids@gmail.com and we are happy to help!
